Photos before and ten weeks after arm lift cosmetic plastic surgery. Scar placement at the back of the inner arm is visible in sleeveless when she lifts up to show it. The scar becomes pale and fades twelve to twenty four months after surgery. If the arm-lift scar looks ugly and the patient doesn't like it or wants the scar to appear more obscure and less detectable, Dr. Laverson recommends office revision. This procedure removes the initial scar and replaces it with one that heals better.
