SurgeonLaverson

32 year old from Southern California believes her neck appears fat, and doesn't like appearance in photographs. Because there is both surface and deep fat contributing to the fullness beneath her chin, liposuction would not produce for her a sufficient neck improvement. She had open neck-plasty under general anesthesia, along with reshaping her nose and minor upper eyelid surgery. Photo 4 months after.
